Enrolling your child in dance classes through Stage Kids Portal is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to secure your child's spot.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • An active Stage Kids Portal account
  • Your child added to your family profile
  • Payment method ready (if paying at enrolment)

Step-by-Step Enrolment

Step 1: Find Your Class

  1. Go to Classes in the main navigation
  2. Browse or filter to find the class you want
  3. Check that spots are available

Step 2: Select Your Child

  1. Click Enrol on the class listing
  2. Select which child you're enrolling
  3. If enrolling multiple children, you can add each one

Step 3: Review Details

Before confirming, you'll see:

  • Class name and schedule
  • Term dates
  • Total cost
  • Any materials or uniform requirements

Step 4: Complete Payment

Choose your payment option:

  • Pay in full
  • Set up a payment plan (if available)
  • Apply any available credits or discounts

Step 5: Confirmation

After successful enrolment:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation
  • The class will appear in your family's schedule
  • You'll get reminders before the first class

Enrolling Multiple Children

If you have multiple children:

  1. Enrol each child separately in their chosen classes
  2. Or use the "Family Enrolment" option for the same class
  3. Family discounts may be applied automatically

Waitlist

If a class is full:

  1. Click Join Waitlist
  2. You'll be notified if a spot becomes available
  3. Waitlist positions are offered in order

Trial Classes

Want to try before you commit?

  1. Look for classes marked "Trial Available"
  2. Book a single trial session
  3. Trial fees may be credited toward full enrolment

Enrolment Deadlines

  • Term enrolments: Usually close 1 week after term begins
