These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Stage Kids Portal (the "Portal"), provided by Stage Kids ("Stage Kids", "we", "us"). By creating an account, enrolling, or using the Portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Accounts are intended for parents and guardians managing a student's enrolment. You confirm you are authorized to manage the student information you provide.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in line with Stage Kids policies. You must not attempt to access accounts or data that you do not have permission to access, interfere with the Portal's operation, or misuse any content or features.

4. Enrolments, trials, and payments

• Enrolments and trial bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Stage Kids.
• Fees and schedules are displayed in the Portal at the time of booking or enrolment.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
• Cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled in accordance with Stage Kids policies and any applicable consumer laws.

5. Communications

By using the Portal, you agree to receive communications related to enrolments, schedules, payments, and important updates. You can opt out of optional marketing emails at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Portal and all related content, branding, and materials are owned by Stage Kids or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our permission.

7. Third-party services

The Portal integrates with third-party services (such as payment processing or online store providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stage Kids disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Portal or by email. Continued use of the Portal after updates means you accept the new terms.
