Managing Your Profile

How to update your personal information and contact details in Stage Kids Portal.

Keep your Stage Kids Portal profile up to date to ensure you receive important communications and your account information is accurate.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to Stage Kids Portal
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown
  4. Click Profile in the sidebar

Personal Information

Name

Your name as you'd like to be addressed by our team. This appears on:

  • Communications from the studio
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Your family profile

Email Address

Your primary email for:

  • Account login
  • Class reminders and updates
  • Invoices and payment confirmations
  • Studio announcements

Note: Changing your email requires verification of the new address.

Phone Number

Your phone number is used for:

  • SMS reminders (if enabled)
  • Urgent class notifications
  • Emergency contact

Address

Your address is used for:

  • Billing and invoices
  • Location-based class recommendations
  • Mail communications (rare)

Profile Photo

Add a photo to help our team recognise you at the studio.

Adding a Photo

  1. Click on the profile photo area
  2. Upload an image from your device
  3. Crop and adjust as needed
  4. Click Save

Photo Guidelines

  • Clear, recent photo preferred
  • Face should be visible
  • Professional or casual is fine
  • Helps staff recognise families

How to Update Your Information

Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile
  2. Click Edit next to the field you want to change
  3. Enter your new information
  4. Click Save

Updating Your Email

When you change your email address:

  1. Enter your new email
  2. Click Verify
  3. Check your new email for a confirmation link
  4. Click the link to confirm
  5. Your email will be updated

Contact Preferences

Primary Contact Method

Choose how you prefer to be contacted:

  • Email (default)
  • SMS
  • Phone

Best Time to Contact

Let us know when it's convenient to call:

  • Morning (9am - 12pm)
  • Afternoon (12pm - 5pm)
  • Evening (5pm - 8pm)

Privacy Settings

Control what information is visible:

Profile Visibility

  • Studio only: Only staff can see your profile
  • Visible to class: Other parents in the same classes can see basic info

Photo Permissions

Control whether photos of your children may be used in:

  • Studio social media
  • Marketing materials
  • Class photos
  • Recital videos

Keeping Information Current

We recommend updating your profile:

  • When you move or change phone numbers
  • At the start of each term
  • When circumstances change

Account Verification

Your account may require verification for:

  • Major changes to personal details
  • Payment method updates
  • Security-related changes

Verification typically involves confirming via email or SMS.

Deleting Information

To remove optional information:

  1. Go to the relevant field
  2. Clear the content
  3. Click Save

Note: Some information (name, email) is required and cannot be removed while your account is active.
