How to add your children to your Stage Kids Portal family profile.

Adding your children to your Stage Kids Portal account allows you to enrol them in classes and track their dance journey.

How to Add a Child

  1. Log in to your Stage Kids Portal account
  2. Go to My Family from the main menu
  3. Click Add Child
  4. Fill in your child's details
  5. Click Save

Required Information

When adding a child, you'll need to provide:

  • Full name: Your child's first and last name
  • Date of birth: This helps us place your child in age-appropriate classes
  • Gender: Optional, helps with costume sizing
  • Medical information: Any allergies, conditions, or special needs we should know about

Optional Information

You can also add:

  • Profile photo (helpful for teachers)
  • Emergency contact details
  • Dance experience level
  • Preferred dance styles

Managing Multiple Children

If you have more than one child enrolled, you can:

  • Add each child separately to your family profile
  • View each child's individual schedule and progress
  • Manage enrolments for each child independently
  • Receive consolidated communications about all your children

Editing Child Information

To update your child's details:

  1. Go to My Family
  2. Select the child's profile
  3. Click Edit
  4. Make your changes
  5. Click Save

Important Notes

  • Keep medical information up to date for your child's safety
  • Update your child's age group if they've recently had a birthday
  • Notify the studio of any changes to emergency contacts
