Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

  1. Visit portal.stagekids.com.au
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile and add your children

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link
  5. Create a new password

Can I have multiple children on one account?

Yes! You can add as many children as you need to a single parent account. Go to My ChildrenAdd Child to add additional students.

How do I update my contact details?

Go to SettingsProfile to update your email, phone number, and address.

Classes & Enrolment

How do I enrol my child in a class?

  1. Go to Classes in the menu
  2. Browse available classes or use filters
  3. Click on a class to see details
  4. Click Enrol and select your child
  5. Complete the enrolment form

Can I change my child's class after enrolling?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change classes. Some changes may be made directly through the portal.

What if my child misses a class?

Contact the studio to discuss make-up class options. Some classes offer catch-up sessions or alternative times.

How do I know what to bring to class?

Each class page includes information about dress code and requirements. You can also find this in your enrolment confirmation email.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and direct debit from Australian bank accounts.

When are fees due?

Fees are typically due before the term begins. Check your invoice for the specific due date.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes, contact our team to discuss payment plan options. We want to make dance accessible for every family.

How do I get a receipt for my payment?

Receipts are automatically emailed after each payment. You can also download receipts from PaymentsHistory.

Are there sibling discounts?

Yes! Sibling discounts are automatically applied when you enrol multiple children. The discount will show on your invoice.

Technical Issues

The portal isn't loading properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check your internet connection

If issues persist, contact our support team.

I'm not receiving emails from Stage Kids Portal

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add noreply@stagekids.com.au to your contacts
  3. Verify your email address is correct in Settings
  4. Contact support if problems continue

The app is asking me to log in again

For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again with your email and password.
