How to manage your Stage Kids Portal account settings and preferences.

Your account settings let you customise how you use Stage Kids Portal and manage your personal information.

Accessing Settings

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Update your personal details:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address

Profile Photo

Add or change your profile photo:

  1. Click on your current photo
  2. Upload a new image
  3. Crop and adjust as needed
  4. Save changes

Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications:

Email Notifications

  • Class reminders
  • Payment reminders
  • Studio announcements
  • Progress updates

Push Notifications

  • Last-minute class changes
  • New messages
  • Urgent announcements

SMS Notifications

  • Emergency notifications
  • Same-day schedule changes

Security Settings

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Security settings
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Save

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security:

  1. Enable two-factor authentication
  2. Choose your preferred method (SMS or app)
  3. Follow the setup instructions

Login History

Review your recent login activity to spot any unusual access.

Connected Accounts

If you signed up using Google or another provider, you can manage those connections here.

Deleting Your Account

If you need to close your account:

  1. Contact us to discuss any outstanding payments or enrolments
  2. Request account deletion through Settings
  3. Follow the confirmation process

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
