View your payment history and manage your payment methods in Stage Kids Portal.
Keep track of all your payments and manage your saved payment methods in one place.
Viewing Payment History
Accessing Your Payment History
- Log in to Stage Kids Portal
- Click Payments in the sidebar
- Select the History tab
What You'll See
Your payment history shows:
- Date - When the payment was made
- Amount - How much was paid
- Method - Which payment method was used
- Invoice - Link to the related invoice
- Status - Confirmation the payment was successful
Filtering Your History
Find specific payments by:
- Date range - Select a start and end date
- Child - View payments for a specific child
- Amount - Search by payment amount
Downloading Receipts
For each payment, you can:
- Click on the payment to view details
- Click Download Receipt
- Save the PDF for your records
Managing Payment Methods
Adding a New Card
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Click Save
Your card information is stored securely and encrypted.
Setting a Default Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods
- Find the card you want as default
- Click Set as Default
The default method is used for automatic payments.
Removing a Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods
- Find the card you want to remove
- Click Remove
- Confirm the removal
You cannot remove a card if:
- It's your only payment method
- There are pending payments using that card
Updating Card Details
When your card expires or details change:
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods
- Click Edit on the card
- Update the expiry date or other details
- Click Save Changes
Security
We take payment security seriously:
- All payments processed through secure, encrypted connections
- Card details stored with industry-standard encryption
- We never store your full card number or CVV
- Compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards
Payment Receipts for Tax Purposes
Need payment records for tax or health fund claims?
- Go to Payments → History
- Set the date range for the financial year
- Click Export to download all receipts
- Choose PDF or CSV format
Getting Help
If you notice any issues with your payment history or saved cards:
- Check that all transactions match your bank statement
- Contact our support team for any discrepancies
- We can resend receipts if needed
