How to make payments for your child's dance classes through Stage Kids Portal.
Stage Kids Portal makes it easy to pay for your child's dance classes securely online.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit cards - Most Australian debit cards
- Direct debit - Set up automatic payments from your bank account
How to Make a Payment
From Your Dashboard
- Log in to your Stage Kids Portal account
- Click on Payments in the sidebar
- Select the invoice you want to pay
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm your payment details
- Click Pay Now
You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.
Setting Up Automatic Payments
Never miss a payment by setting up automatic billing:
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods
- Add your preferred payment method
- Toggle on Automatic Payments
- Choose when payments should be processed (immediately or on due date)
One-Time Payments
For individual class payments or one-off purchases:
- Navigate to the Payments section
- Find the outstanding invoice
- Click Pay Now
- Complete the payment
Payment Confirmation
After each payment, you'll receive:
- An email receipt with payment details
- An updated invoice showing the payment
- A notification in your portal dashboard
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately. Common reasons include:
- Insufficient funds
- Expired card
- Incorrect card details
To resolve a failed payment:
- Check your payment method details
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Update your card if it has expired
- Retry the payment
